Dockerfile 编译 ./configure 执行问题处理

镜像编译时，出现异常:

ls: cannot access '.': Operation not permitted 

configure: error: working directory cannot be determined

方案:

docker 版本太低了 (<17)，升级docker 到最新版本 (>20)
